The office is quite visually appealing. I was happy with my encounters with the staff for my visit on 8/21/2020 (though the first person who checked me in was a little cold—I had to say hello first) but the person who gave me the new patient paperwork and the one who did all my initial testing, visual acuity etc. were very pleasant. The tech who explained the lens process and the women who went into further detail about insurance coverage were friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Frogozo is professional and friendly (also stylish as a plus.) checkout was great as well. I’m very satisfied with my first encounter with this office!
